Beautiful Ring w/ Excellent Customer Service

This ring is absolutely beautiful! I purchased this ring for my husband for Christmas after his 18 year old gold wedding band wore through. He works with tools and machinery on a daily basis so I wanted to get him something that looked nice and would continue to look nice. After researching different metals, I found that Tungsten is scratch resistant. I went to a local jewelry store and looked at this ring which was priced at $275. I paid $44 + $5 shipping on Amazon. On Christmas Eve after completing our Santa duties, I gave it to my husband. Unfortunately, it was too big. I was so disappointed! (Tungsten is not sizable) My husband said we will just exchange it. I called Metal Masters Co. who sold and shipped this ring on Amazon. I got an actual person first try who said to print out my invoice, right a note on it with the size I wanted to exchange it for, and send it to their address. I sent it on Wednesday, January 5. My husband had his perfect fitting ring on his finger on January 12. All I can say is WOW!This ring is not only beautiful, it is nice and heavy with a comfort fit. My husband says it is very comfortable. After two weeks, it still looks like new. His gold band was scratched up after the first two days. I highly recommend this product and Metal Masters Co.

Replacement for Hubby

I purchased this ring to replace another Tungsten Carbide wedding ring that my husband had been wearing for the last couple of years. The former ring was made by another manufacturer and cracked around the diamond (just after the one-year warranty ran out), even though it was much more expensive than the new ring. My husband being a no frills kind of guy, I was surprised when he picked out the celtic knot design; but it is absolutely beautiful! This ring is a true comfort fit band...his old ring was marketed as a comfort fit, but he said that this new ring feels much better on his finger. I'd be quite happy to match hubby if they would put out the same design in a smaller width for women!
