3Great Mouse...for a while, Helps with RSI, but has technical issues and is not very durable
By Paul C. Easton
I purchased this expensive mouse to help with RSI. Other than having to uninstall prior mouse drivers, setting up the mouse was fairly simple. The physical design was nice and was much more comfortable than using a horizontal mouse. Also, as a lefty, I appreciated having a convenient, programmable five-button layout. Mouse performance was good and pointing was precise, although I am not a gamer. After using it less than a month, however, "button one" stopped working. This is the "pointer/index finger" button that is the default button for primary clicks ("left clicks"). In the middle of working one day, after having made no changes to the system, I could no longer perform primary clicks. I rebooted the computer and when I first move the mouse after windows loaded, it drew a blue selection rectangle, even though no buttons had been clicked.Using keyboard shortcuts, I brought up the Evoluent Mouse Manager software and remapped the primary clicks to button two (the middle-finger botton). This made it usable again, but much less useful and not as comfortable to use.I visited Evoluent's sparse support site and based on the information there, I un-installed the driver, reinstalled (trying both the CD and downloading from the website) it had the same issue. I had not moved the mouse from the first port I plugged it in, but based on the support site, I uninstalled the driver again, plugged it into another USB port and reinstalled the driver. Same problem. When I first used the mouse after rebooting or unplugging and replugging in the mouse, it draws a blue selection rectangle until I hit the middle button (now remapped to function as the left click). Button one does nothing, no matter what I map it to.I tried plugging it into a Mac and it was recognized and I could move the cursor and right click and button two worked as a double click (its default behavior), but the button one does nothing. Also, like in windows, when I first plug the mouse into the computer, and move it, it draws a blue selection rectangle. The reseller I purchased it from (BugsEyeDigital through Amazon) only allows returns within 14 days. But Evoluent's support did respond to my e-mailed support request and offered to check it for defects. If a defect is confirmed they will send me a new one, if not, they will send it back to me. The problem is that I am overseas and for the cost of shipping, I'd be better off buying a new mouse.Strangely enough, the primary button eventually began working again. I was just using the mouse when I accidentally pressed the upper button close by the scroll wheel and it worked. Pressing in the center or top of the botton did nothing, but when I pressed right at the corner near the scroll wheel, it was working. I thought I must be pressing the middle button at the same time, but I tested and ensured that I wasn't. After using the primary button a number of times by clicking in that sweet spot, it eventually began to work, no matter where I pressed down on the mouse. Now it is working normally and I've remapped the buttons to my preferences.I'm still not sure what happened. Could a piece of something have lodged itself under the primary click? I could see how that would be more likely to happen with a vertical mouse than a horizontal mouse. In any event it has been working fine now for months, so I've changed my rating from two to four stars. I love the form factor and like how programmable this mouse is. Switching to a handshake-grip mouse has helped reduce RSI discomfort. It would get five stars if the company had better support and if it were wireless.UPDATE: after about 1 and a half years of using this mouse, I'm ready to buy a new one. A little after a year's worth of use, the matte coating started to wear and peel off. Ugly, but didn't really affect its use. Starting about a weak ago, however, after having used the mouse for just under 1.5 years, the primary click button is acting up again. A single click often is registered as a double click. As much as I like to form factor, this mouse really isn't built to last. I'm a heavy user, but mostly for general office use. I use the mouse many hours a day most days of the year, but not for gaming or any particularly punishing to the mouse buttons. Considering the cost, I was expecting something more durable.I'm am now looking for a replacement, I'll consider the same mouse or a similar one from the same manufacturer, but I am certainly looking for more durable alternatives. I've knocked my rating down to three stars.

4Great bench, but too big for std bath tub
By J. R. Keller
This is a very well made bench, very sturdy and comfortable. Altho it is WAY too big for a standard bathtub, is great for a stall shower. I gave 4-stars instead of 5 because of its inappropriateness for a bathtub.

5Wonderful asset for post ankle surgery!
By RMT
I'm a 46 year old, overweight, active woman who just suffered through my second ankle surgery in two years. Both surgeries have left me non-weight bearing for 6 weeks and at least 12 weeks on crutches. I'm an avid exerciser, but by no means am I in shape. I purchased this for my second surgery. I'd already experienced trying to precariously balance on one foot in the shower after my first surgery and I didn't want to do that again.Ther bench is comfortable with a curved grey seat. It has holes for drainage. The legs feel sturdy and are adjustable. I don't feel like I'm going to tip over in the shower even though I've moved it to the tallest position to aid me in standing. The seat has two handles formed on the narrow edges and sturdy rubber feet to keep it from slipping. It is lightweight and easy to move. You need to put it together. I seemed to need another washer to attach the seat to the legs, but other than that it was really quick. You will need a phillips head screwdriver. The shipping was free. The price was low. The quality is excellent. The seat is comfortable. It's very stable. It's durable. What more could I ask for? After my first surgery, I got around on crutches and used a bag taped on my leg with waterproof tape to keep the cast dry. This time I've planned much better. I'm using: XeroSox Pro-Pump to keep the cast dry - It's wonderful, heavy duty. No tape or mess. You can easily pump the air out and submerge. The pressure of pumping the air out on my ankle is painful so I can't pump the air out. The opening is tight enough that I can pull it high on my thigh and still remain perfectly dry in the shower. It has a skid proof durable sole. Crutch Mate Arm Pads - Pretty easy to put on. I could feel the front and back edges under my arms so I put it over the exsisting pads. Very nice. Walker - My husband got this for me because he knew how hard it was for me to hop on one foot on crutches while on morphin. I was reluctant, but it's wonderful. The stability is worth it, especially getting in and out of the shower. Roll-a-bout - I haven't used this much because I'm still housebound, but I've met a few people who love it. Its so much easier than crutches. Office chair on wheels - This is my life saver. We leave one in the kitchen and I scoot wherever I need to go. It offers easy mobility and comfort. A wheelchair wouldn't easily fit in my small home so this has been great. I Want That Body - exercise, weight lifting dvd. There was no way I was going on crutches again without strengthening my arms. This is a wonderful, easily achieved tape for all ages. My 19 and 22 year-olds use it and so do I. It's easily modified for any fitness level. Read the reviews.I hope this is helpful! Good luck!

5Quality Bath Bench
By Jack Beery
I purchased this for my wife who is only five ft. tall thus we needed a bench adjustable for her size. The height adjustment is user friendly and I am very pleased with it.The assembly was very easy and there were no tools required. The legs are held on by five hand screws that have nice large wings which make it easy to fasten them down. You fasten these to metal nuts that are molded into the bench. The only thing you could get wrong is to try to assemble the B leg before the A leg. However, that should not be a problem as everything is well marked. The warranty for this product is three years and there is a 1-800 number for the warranty. This is a very well thought out bath bench that we use in a shower. It is not designed for a small shower or small bath tub. If you are wondering if this will suit your location, use the following information. The important dimensions are as follows. The width of the feet: 17-1/2 inches on the outside. The depth is actually larger from the front to the back and this is 18-1/2 inches.

5Correctly named for their purpose.
By Kellen T. Montague
I'm currently living in an area that can expect wind every day, or at least a breeze. The fist run I after buying these was a trial by fire and they seem to be fireproof. While not insulated I felt nice and warm while on my run due to the exceptional wind blocking ability, I can say that if you keep moving you can be comfortable in the 30's and maybe the high 20's (lower if paired with tights). On the tag Brooks the recommended climate for use is in the moderate temperatures of 40 to 60 degrees of which I have not run in, that being said because of their weight I feel like they would preform well in those temperatures. I also have not encountered moisture on my runs in terms of ran, but in my curiosity in performance I poured some water on them. The DWR treatment made the water bead right up as it should so I feel like they may live up to Brooks claim that they can handle some weather. The only thing that my annoy me about these pants are that they seem so be a little static prone, this is just a minor annoyance and is expected from a polyester shell in a dry climate. I ordered a small and the sizing is correct, and there is plenty of room for movement and the addition of a splice ensures that even if you fill it out you can move well. All in all I'd recommend these pants to someone who was in the market for wind pants.

5Great running pant
By Cole
I like running in these pants, cuts the wind and helps running in colder weather. Teamed up with compression tights and running in 20 degree weather is no problem.
