Wow! Gift from my girlfriend. What a great pan. I'm not much of a cook, and have long been using cheap teflon coated pans. Now that I'm raising chickens and cooking eggs every morning I'm learning what a difference a great tool like this can make in the kitchen.

This really is more of an omlet pan, or a pan for cooking up a single serving of meat. The copper requires polishing but it functions great.

This is a beauty of a frying pan. A wee bit smallish but for certain things it is excellent and a very good backup sized for a large frying pan. Extremely even heat as would be expected with a near solid copper pan. I'd like to buy its big brother.
