We have a walk-in shower with no door. This shower arm provides more head room and directs the water downward toward the drain, rather than toward the shower opening, providing more of a "standing in the rain" effect. We were delighted at the weighty heft of the arm as well as the wall collar piece--the feel of quality.

The shower arm is just what I wanted and more. The finish is great and the installation was a breeze. It has made my shower much more usable and allowed me to use a shower head that is somewhat like a rain falling down on you. Shipping was good and the product even better.
