Product Description
The Bridjit three-piece rubber curb ramp protects the undercarriage of vehicles from damage when driving over rolled curbs. Rubber from recycled tires makes this curb ramp resistant to weather, street sweepers, and parallel-parked vehicles. The three-piece set includes a left-side, center, and right-side section for installation on both curved and straight driveway entries up to 12' wide. Additional center pieces (sold separately) can increase coverage beyond 12'. Galvanized bolts measure 1/2" x 7-1/2" and are pre-inserted into the center section to connect the three sections. Each section weighs 50 lb. and measures 2-3/4 x 48 x 16 inches (H x W x D). (H is height, the vertical distance from lowest to highest point; W is width, the horizontal distance from left to right; D is depth, the horizontal distance from front to back.) The height tapers to 3/4" at the top and bottom of the ramp. A 2-1/2"-wide channel on the underside of each section allows water to flow under the ramp, accommodating storm runoff and helping to prevent the buildup of debris.

They are used to facilitate the movement of wheeled carts, hand trucks, or wheel chairs over a curb, or to help protect the undercarriages of vehicles such as cars, trucks, and golf carts. Curb ramps are commonly made of rubber, plastic, or metal. They may consist of a single piece or multiple interconnecting pieces, and may be portable or permanently installed.

I am delighted by the quality of the product and just blown away by the exceptional customer service. The owner, John Curry, is a very smart entrepreneur, truly cares about customer satisfaction and went to extraordinary lengths to resolve an issue I was facing.The ramps: They are just great. They have resolved the bumpy entry and exits from a high curb for my cars. They are of a robust construction; the assembly instructions are clear and they work exactly as advertised.The service: This is my recommendation for their outstanding service - it is very hard to find companies that stand behind their product and really care about the customer's experience. Bridjit Curb Ramps is amongst the rare few and they have earned my business and referrals.I found that the ramps were not sitting snug between the street and the curb, and were rocking. I sent an email to info@ and John called me right away. I was amused by John's innovative approach as a high-tech detective. We were both looking at the street view of my house on Google Maps; he zoomed in on the curb and saw that the channel between the street and the curb is shallow. John sent me another set of ramps that were specially modified for fitting in shallow channels. I have installed them and very happy with the new set.What's the big deal here?: On a $300 sale, John has sent a new set of ramps and spent $150 in shipping charges ($75 for shipping for the new ramps, $75 for shipping for returning the original ones). He has traded off profits to keep one customer happy and satisfied. Disclaimer: I ordered this from Bridjit directly and not through Amazon and do not own the product.This was about the best customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered it early on a Saturday morning. Within half an hour, I received a call from Bridjit (I believe he was the creator of the product AKA the "boss"). He did some research while on the phone via Google street-view and came to the conclusion that this was not the right solution for me. He explained in detail why it wouldn't be appropriate and spent some time discussing why that was the case (in my case, it's more of a dip in the sidewalk vs. the gutter). He invalidated my order after I let him know that it was OK. So I wound up avoiding spending a significant amount of money on something that probably wouldn't work.These guys could have easily just let me pay up and get a product that wouldn't work for me, but they went through the process of investigating my situation (without *any* prompting on my part). This is practically unheard of in the retail industry. Again, on a Saturday morning! These guys really care about their customers.I wish I could give a review on the product itself, but I must give them 5 stars just based on their unprecedented customer service.

This is a great easy to put together product that if you have a steep curb into your driveway, will definitely smooth things out. I wasn't sure what to expect, but it definitely met and exceeded my wants and needs. Driving in and out of my driveway is a synch and I no longer worry about tearing up my Porsche when pulling in or out. It's a slight eye-sore, but well worth it.
