This coated fabric works miracles. I put this on a raw, opened, blistered area (4" x .5") on my mom that TCU nurses had been using Nystatin on. It was not healing with the cream applications (and their vigorous rubbing/scrubbing), but with the Inter Dry, it was healed without all the fuss in about two weeks. It is amazing stuff. I may have to leave a strip in the fold so it can breathe, but for now, have been cutting the strip into a smaller size and only applying when a rash appears. It then takes a day or two of the treated cloth for her to heal.

I thought I would try this pump after returning to work and having trouble keeping up w/ my daughter's milk demand. It was the only pump on the market w/ a different design/ theory than the other breast pumps out there and since I wanted to continue breastfeeding my daughter, I was willing to spend the money to try it. Take my advice and DO NOT purchase this product until they have redesigned the suctioning system. First, it is EXTREMELY loud as compared to my Ameda pump. I couldn't believe how noisy such a little product can be. This product only worked well for me for the first week. It was very comfortable, but after that first week, the tubing didn't remain in place on its own (I had to hold it to maintain suction). Then after the first month, the o-rings on the suction tubing started to degrade creating another loss of suction... I went back to using my first breast pump. I'm extremely disappointed in this product and the money I lost for its purchase!!! Updated- 6-17-11... After writing this review and having all of the trouble that I did- I emailed the company w/ my complaints. They were extremely helpful and timely. My email was followed up promptly w/ a direct number to an actual person I could speak w/ concerning my issues. They sent two entire new tubing sets Fed-Exed the next day- no charge. I tried the pump again w/ the new tubing and was pleasantly surprised that it did work (and longer than a week this time), but it did seem to take longer to get the same amount of breastmilk as my other pump. I can't honestly say if this would be better over time/ continued use b/c my breastfeeding days are now over, but maybe as your body adjusts it might not take so long.

It works as described and feels much better than the other style pumps. I've been using the Medela Pump In Style and it was pulling too much. There's no friction with the Simplisse. I haven't used it enough yet to compare milk volume. I found it louder than the Medela, and louder than I'd like -- not vacuum cleaner loud, but enough to have to speak louder and turn up the volume on music/tv.

WOW! What a difference between other pumps out there! I am now pumping pain free and less stressed about breastfeeding.This pump feels like my baby is breastfeeding. This is a whole new experience; I cannot imagine using another electric pump.The breast cup is soft, no hard plastic like some other pumps. The pumping mechanism doesn't hurt and I definitely got more out of my breasts. Also is pretty easy to assemble. I would definitely recommend it to other breast feeding moms.

I'm not only a Father, but, as of last December/2009, a new Grandfather as well, so when I saw this odd looking product, I said to myself, I've got to try this one out. My review here will come in two parts, with this initial review on the item itself and not yet "tested" by my Grandson, Finn, who I'll be seeing over the Thanksgiving holiday. I'll then update my review as to how he reacted and responded to this unique lighting device. My first concern is safety for this nightlight is rated for 2 years and up in age. It has no sharp edges at all and is one piece of molded semi-hard rubberized material and nothing on the exterior can be pulled off or pose a choking hazard. I was concerned in the base where smooth "battery charging" contacts are located for charging off the base unit (which remains separated and away from baby during this nightlight;'s use), that there might be a tiny level of current across the contacts if baby licks or puts a wet mouth there. I'm relieved to say that my multi-meter which can detect even a tiny amount of current flow, read zero the entire time, thus, there is absolutely no current at these contacts. The Mobi charges on it's base which has a red ring of light (very dim) around base that changes to green when it is fully charged (an hour or so). Lifting the Mobi off of base turns it on immediately to a soft green glow. It is capable of single colors in red, blue, green, yellow as well as a setting to allow it to go through a cycle of smooth and gradual color changes, displaying all the colors it offers. Additionally, you can hold down the power button on the bottom of the Mobi and it will cycle into a 15 minute timer mode and then go off. It's sealed internal lithium battery is good for hours of use. I've not yet tested how long it will go on a charge, but, I'm guessing for 6-9 hours minimal. The light it puts out will illuminate a room with a soft and low amount of light. There's enough to see by, yet, not too much to distract a baby who's drifting off to sleep. Some of the colors by nature of their hue, appear a bit brighter the others, so you have a selection of lighting brightness in a sense as well. So to summarize, the Mobi for what is is; a toddlers nightlight and bed companion (to keep the scary things away!) is superbly designed. My Grandson has an acute fascination with moving things and certainly of colors of light such as the Mobi creates. I'm guessing he'll be fascinated with it and it is apt to help during some of those fussy nights when he is trying to go to sleep. Later, when he's a bit older, the Mobi is apt to help keep those strange noises and things-in-the-dark at bay and help offer a feeling of security by having some low, soft and gentle lighting right in bed near him. I'm always picky and skeptical about a baby product and this one has won me over. Hopefully it'll be quite popular with my Grandson too! Highly recommended. A neat and unique nightlight for sure!Post baby Tested/Part 2: Well, as I guessed, my Grandson was totally entertained and soothed by this wonderful nightlight/toy. As he settled down in his crib, he played with the toy; gazing at it's soothing and mesmerizing soft glow and the changing colors. He also found the rounded and safe parts of the toy ample to put in his mouth now and then as well (he was cutting first teeth and this toy seems to be good for that too!). He never took his eyes off it while slowly settling down for his nap. Suffice to say, this will probably be a great toy and security light for those naps or fussy nights where baby doesn't want to settle down all too quickly. I recommend this in every way, for a night light, safe baby companion, and a teething toy of sorts as well. It has Grandpa's seal of approval!

My 11-year old granddaughters think the Mobi Tykelight GloMate Plus is `Totally Awesome!' He is their chosen nightlight because they love his shape and colors. They also use him as a flashlight if they need to get up in the night.Mobi emits a bright glow in a choice of colors. His surface is hard, but all smooth curves -- which feel good in the hand, but perhaps not so comfortable to roll over on if he was taken into a child's bed. I had to fiddle with the base before it started charging, but as I was about to give up it kicked in and worked perfectly. Mobi softly lights the room enough to see into the far corners. A small button sets the timer to slowly dim and go off in 15 minutes. If the timer button is not set, the nightlight glows for 8+ hours off its base. It takes at least 4 hours to recharge. Parked on its base, it automatically lights up during a power failure so it is a great safety light. The base plugs into an outlet via a cord similar to a cellular phone charger. The warranty is only for 90 days and neither the batteries nor the lights can be replaced by the consumer. I'll update this review when the Mobi no longer works to give an idea of its lifespan. A short lifespan would reduce the number of stars I've awarded.If your baby or toddler is young enough to get the electrical contacts damp or wet, Mobi should remain out of reach. However, for everyone else the portability is a real asset. This is a great idea for all ages.

UPDATE 2/15/2011: My little guy is now 12.5mos and loved his little Mobi glowfriend. That said, he handled it a lot and while it appeared to be no worse for the wear because of that, there's something wonky going on with the way it connects to the charger base. It appears to still charge, but the red-to-green base ring the indicates charge doesn't stay steadily on. Sometimes it flickers between the two. Other times, the Glomate suddenly turns on while on the base, just as if it was on that 15-minute removal timer. Not sure what the deal is. A little sad I can't rely on the green glow fo the base ring anymore.Since the birth of our son last January, we've used a small monkey lamp as our night light. That light gave off an amberish glow that I'd always felt was a little too bright. Plus it was plugged, so as our little became more mobile I had to place it strategically.Before trying this Mobi light we tried Cloud B Twilight Sea Turtle...this was a nice option except it's difficult to find a place that allows for maximum benefit.I like the portability AND durability of this light. Not that I recommend it as a teething toy BUT if your little happens to mouth about 90% of the body you probably don't have to freak.The light options are nice, but quite bright in an otherwise pitch dark room. The red option is the dimmest, but red feels creepy. I love the rainbow option though. That's the hypnotic part. And I swear I see a 'heart' shape in the light.Half the time, I actually just rely on the green 'charged' ring indicator due to its brightness. Though if Mobi man isn't resting evenly on the charger it causes the ring light to flicker.Overall a cute and very kid-friendly night light.

I like this mouse better than the Logitech MX 610 Left-Hand Laser Cordless Mouse, which it replaced. The unusual sideways orientation of the Evoluent looks strange, but it took no time getting used to. It promotes a very relaxed and natural hand and wrist posture. It looks like your fingers are lined up vertically, but in reality, your fingers are positioned in a gentle arc and your hand is turned inwards by a few degrees. Your thumb rests in a chrome-looking divot.The Evoluent 4 design has a bottom "lip" that prevents your pinky finger from rubbing against the desk. I can confirm that it works beautifully and adds to the overall comfort. It helps you to position your hand correctly. I also find that proper chair height (in relation to your desk) and wrist support is essential to keeping the arm and wrist straight. It also has a very long cord, approximately 6 ft.Your index, middle, and ring fingers align with buttons 1, 2 and 3. Between buttons 1 and 2 are a scroll wheel (with notched movement). The scroll wheel can be clicked as another button. Above and below the thumb are two additional buttons that could be used for back/forward functions in your favorite browser, bringing the total button count to 6, and they are all programmable under Windows (a non-WQHL-certified 32-bit and 64-bit Windows driver are included in the box on a small (mini) CD. The purpose of the drivers is to assign custom actions for the buttons. You can even assign actions to a combination of the thumb and finger buttons when pressed simultaneously. Mouse sensitivity is controlled by its own dedicated rocker buttons located where it cannot be accidentally pressed.Note: Even though the Evoluent Windows drivers warns you to uninstall any previous mouse drivers to "prevent conflicts," I ignored that and kept my Logitech drivers (SetPoint). Both mice work fine. I can actually still access the SetPoint drivers through a tab in the Evoluent drivers setting page. Nice.The Evoluent's sensitivity is indicated by 4 LEDs located at the top of the thumb divot and correspond to four hard-wired sensitivity settings. The lowest sensitivity is around 400cpi, while the highest feels like around 2000cpi (these are my estimates obtained by comparing it with other mice; it is not specified by Evoluent). I operate it on the 2nd-lowest setting, which is about 800cpi. The nice thing is that the sensitivity function does not require special OS drivers, so it works right out of the box on any computer and any OS. The mouse even remembers the last sensitivity setting used when you unplug it. The sensor is an eye-safe infrared laser. Even though it is not sold as a "gaming mouse", the Evoluent 4's sensor performs as well as gaming mice in both speed and tracking under high-acceleration. That is more than I can say for the MX 610.There are no Mac OS drivers supplied by the company, although third-party drivers exist for reprogramming the buttons (links are provided on the Evoluent product page). On Mac OS X, I did not install the third-party drivers, so I could not assign any special functions for the buttons. Out of the box, the button under your index finger is mapped to the "left button" (primary on a right-handed mouse). Button 3 under your ring finger is mapped to the "right button" (secondary). Button 2 (middle finger) brings up the Mac OS X dashboard, and the top thumb button triggers Exposé. The bottom thumb button and the mouse wheel button do nothing.The mouse is light enough and sensitive enough to push around with just your wrist; you don't have to move your whole arm. You can even steer it with just your thumb and finger tips. This is the secret to its comfort. It encourages you not to grip the mouse with any tension. You don't need to. With conventional mice, even ergonomic ones like the Logitech, I eventually find myself gripping the mouse with just the ring finger and thumb, and that creates tension and fatigue within an hour of use.The downsides are minor. The buttons don't require much force to click. While I like the light touch, it's sensitive enough that just reaching out and wrapping my hand around the mouse will sometimes result in unwanted button clicks. This is not a big problem, but I have noticed a minor increase in accidental clicking since I began using the Evoluent. Maybe I am still getting used to it. I can pick up and reposition the mouse while resting my fingers on the buttons without clicking those buttons, so it is not hair-trigger sensitive.Also, the dark gray part of the mouse where your palm touches is covered in a "soft touch" coating. While it feels nice, this type of coating is not very durable in the long run and will start to breakdown after several years, becoming tacky to the touch, or it can rub off at the points of frequent contact. This is probably why the pamphlet in the box warns not to use solvents or cleaners on the mouse, only a damp cloth. I wish companies would stop using this coating.Its unusual appearance also makes it a great conversation piece.Bottom line: if you're thinking about buying this mouse, buy it!

Buy it.Upgraded to v4 from v2. The newer v4 is light years better than v2. There are several features that make this the best mouse ever: - extended side for your pinky to rest on - lots of buttons all in the right spot - improved thumb rest is natural, really make it just fit in your hand - on the fly sensitivity adjustmentThe only downside would be the scroll wheel, it's a little rough, as in chunky when scrolling, but tolerable.If are considering an ergo mouse this is the one. I've tried them all out and this is the only mouse that fits in the hand and feels natural to use.

Great Design - Poor Reliability

A great design, and my wrist never tired after prolonged use. However, compared to other products, this mouse has low reliability: purchased in March 2009, stopped working in December 2011. My other multi-function mouse, a Logitech purchased in 2008, is still going strong, as is my wife's ancient Apple mouse, which she refuses to retire.
