cheap ok bench for starters
By Call me KID
I got this bench yesterday and used the heck out of it, even the leg attachment is good. The bar that comes with it is way to small so think of upgrading to a longer bar and quick probably costing another fifty bucks to the price. One of the weight had minor rip damage but didn't effect the weight just the plastic coating, so no biggy, the screws were scattered throughout the box but I got lucky and none fell out through the various holes in the box which there were a few. This item requires two crescent wrenches so you know, I had one and a large needle nose which worked with minimal stripping while tightening, The bench looks very appealing and after using it I am very happy with it, perfect for flyes, bent over rows, bench press is awkard with such a small bar and some tricky hand movements once bar is lifted for me to get the position I want, I put the first plate on the bar and it just flipped off so careful when placing on weights it's a balancing trick. Great first bench is my opinion, I almost went pro when I was younger and this bench is way nicer than the one I started with before moving up to a TDS bench for three hundred bucks, which was all welded. Word to the wise though is be expecting to miss bolts I think it's a fifty fifty chance, so set up might not be possible once bench is received, but if you don't mind waiting for replacements again this is a great little bench for the buck. Just don't wabble on it too much, keep in mind this is a machine an care must be taken for users own safety.

the lifting bar is too short.
By Rigoberto Soto
the lifting bar is too short.Everytime you bench press the wieght plates hit the frame.I measured the length and the bar is only 47.5 inches long. You would need about 5ft or 6ft long bar to work properly.

Nice little starter weight set
By Jose
it was a good weight set but didn't knew it was that small. Wish it could have been a little bigger. Set up was simple, does help me with my exercise routine, and the price was alright.
