great set of pots

I bought these pots when i was moving into my first apartment on my own, sick of using crappy pans and pots. that was about 2.5 years ago. I treat my pans well though i use them often but these are still like brand new with nonstick intact and easy cleanup. I highly recommend them. my mom got a gift of two calphalon pots which usually run 40-50 for the set and they after a year did not hold up well at all, i think this set is a MUCH better deal.

Great for the money

I usually write longer reviews but this one is pretty simple. The pots and pans are a very good deal for the money. Considering that this entire set costs what just one professional pan could cost, it's worth it. The pieces are light and strong, cook evenly, clean easily and are built well. They're about the same as the low-end Calphalon lines you see in the store but about half the price. If you're looking for a good cheap set that's a step above T-Fal, here you go.

Happy with Purchase

I bought these items a month ago and have used them regularly. I am very happy with them so far. They are easy to clean and work very well. Before purchasing, I read how a few people had issues with the lids fitting the pots properly. I did not have any problems with the lids myself. The only thing I would have liked better is for the sautee pan to be a bit bigger. Other than that, everything works great and I recommend them!

great product

i wanted paula deen cookware because my neighbor has owned a set for two years and she swears by it! her pots and pans are still incredibly non-stick and they really do look brand new. so I found this GREAT deal on amazon for the purple set and decided to splurge even though my cookware was fine. I am sooooo glad i did! this is way better than my old cookware. the deep purple color is very pretty in my kitchen. I love the rubberized grips on the handles and the lids, they are very comfy! the lids all fit on great. the non stick surface is really worth the price! and my favorite part about them is how light they are! I love not having to strain to get the big pot out of the cabnet. they are very durable too, don't think that because they are lightweight that they are weak.. cuz they are not! I would recomend any paula deen cookware.

peeling teflon interior

I am very disappointed with the teflon interior coating, it is peeling. I received this set for Christmas and I have only used the Rosti basic kitchen tools that came with them, so I don't like that the interior is already peeling. They have all been hand washed, never in the dishwasher. I am very disappointed.

I have been looking for purple pots to match my interior kitchen colors for quite some time. These are perfect! The only thing I would recommend is NOT to put in dishwasher if you would like to keep them looking new and glossy. (one pot went through and not as glossy now). They are wonderful to cook with.

I WAS TRYING TO REPLACE MY COOKWARE OF OVER 20 YEARS. THIS SET OF COOKWARE FAR EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS. IT IS VERY EASY TO WASH, IS DISHWASHER SAFE, AND VERY SCRATCH RESISTANT. I LOVE IT, MY ONLY CONCERN IS THAT IT DIDN'T COME WITH A 3 QT SAUCEPAN.

I use these every day

I have owned an older set of Farberware since I was in my 20's, and after a breakup the set got split up between me and the boyfriend. Over the years, I must have misplaced a pot or two but I still have a few pots from the original set, still going strong.Now I have this new version of Farberware. I am used to using pots with solid steel lids, as a creature of habit, was not sure what to expect with all the see through glass. Here is what i discovered - for some reason, this set of pots, with the cover on, seems to heat up food a lot faster. I actually have ended up burning a few pots of green beans. I am sure it has nothing to do with the lids, but more to do with the construction of the pot, the bottom insulation (or lack thereof, am not sure). With that said, I have to explain that I use a very old stove/oven and have been frustrated with the amount of time it takes sometimes for something to heat up, but I am not having this problem at all with this set of Farberware.Am I complaining? No - I love my new pots and pans! They are easy to clean, love the see-through lids, and silly me, it makes it fun to cook again. (I just love new toys in the kitchen). My main warning is to be careful with the heat, as I swear this set seems to heat up food faster.

This is great cookware!!

I am moving to induction cooking and decided to give this set a try and am extremely pleased with the these items. They cook evenly and the cleanup is a breeze. I have always purchased lower end non-stick cookware in the past, and this beats them by a mile. I even used the largest sauté pan in the oven and had no issues with the dish when it was done. The only minor drawbacks are the lids to tend to get hot so you'll want to have a pot holder handy, and I would like to have had one more medium sized sauce pan. However, the big sauté pan works just as well for most items. You could spend more on cookware I just don't know why you would.

love the company and product!!!

i had been using the "liquid keratin" treatment kit before and overall my experience with keratin straightners has been good. my hair is MUCH smoother and less frizzy. i wear it straight now but when i wear it curly is is MUCh better behaved and i use much less product than i did before. so that being said, i decided to keep using this type of hair straightner- invested in a HOT (450F flat iron etc). however, i found that i wanted better value for my dollar as the "liquid Keratin" in the kit give little bits and the treatment itself difficult to apply with that spray bottle.so i shopped around a bit and this company hadnt had many revews yet, but i was impressed by the amount i could get for my dollar. so i decided to order the kit with the treatment and sulphate free shampoo for my neice and i each. i recieved the products promptly and was very pleasantly surprised when they included a complimentary jar or the hair mask. well i was stll using the liquid keratin stuff. however, i got VERY excited when i used the hair mask as it made my hair feel even better!so i was very excited to try the treatment, which i did 72 hrs ago. i am sooo happy to report that my hair feels just wonderful!!! this product has a LOT more fumes than the liquid keratin (so make sure you well ventilated and the air is blowing towards ur face and take the fumes behind you as they can burn your eyes otherwise). i washed it out today and i can tell u that my hair feels sooo smooth and healthy. now mind you, i am mixed black and white with a lil amerindian thrown in and i have thin naturally curly hair that i usually wear straight now. also, i HAD been using the liquid keratin before, but i think this product works MUCH better! and that mask is the BOMB!!! i have had done some trimming off of the relaxed and dyed hair i amd trying to grow out, but i look forward to having long healthy frizz free hair. and this product is a great value because i was able to use an 8.4oz bottle (twice as much as the liquid keratin and because its thicker uses less per treatment) in my hair which is medium legnth and a friend of mine whose hair is past her mid back, and i still have maybe enuogh for another treatment for me!my only complaint is that the shampoo that i had ordered with it actually DOES list a sulfate ingredient and it doesnt feel as well in my hair as other sulphate free shampoos i use, even a cheap brand i picked up cuz it was the ONLY one in the store that ACTUALLY didnt have sulphate even though several of them claimed the same. (note- check the ingredients even though they SAY sulphate free because many of them still have it in them!)the effect of the treatment and the fact that they so kindly included a jar of their (miracle) hair mask, will make me definlitely do business with this company again!oh.... and my 9 yr old neice is quit happy with her straight healthy hair and cant keep her fingers out of her hair. so maybe its a good alternative for younger girls who may want teh freedom of wearing their hair straight or curly without the damaging effect of traditional relaxers. definitely worth the price!!!

Very good pump

I have had this pump on my tank for about a week now, and it is running great. I am running it from my sump through an Ocean Red Sea external canister filter, then back up to the tank (about 5 feet high). I have 5 90 degree elbows on 1" return line, and the flow in the tank is overpowering if I don't throttle it back. I don't have anything to measure the flow with, but I have turned my ball valve on the return down about 70% in order to reduce the buffeting currents in the tank for my fish (it is a freshwater tank). Not completely silent, but quiet enough so you can just barely hear it across the room (about 15 feet away). Great warranty, and I like that it is reparable if there is a problem. Does not seem to add any heat to the water, and the pump itself would barely be considered "warm" when touched.

Fun for a real animal lover!

My little boy LOVES animals. Especially African animals. He hand-picked this out for Christmas and plays with it every single day. It's also very educational because he loves to take the safari people and jeep in it and have them explore and visit different habitats with the animals he already has. He loves to re-position the animals and talk about them and what they can do and can't do/eat and can't eat. He absolutely loves it. I have to admit though, your child really has to be into animals like mine is to enjoy it. My only complaint is the price. Way to expensive but I guess that's the price we pay for all the enjoyment he gets out of it.

This is the first Playmobil set we've owned. My daughter received this for her birthday and has been having a blast with it!The only problem we have had is with the Jeep. The roll bar falls off constantly, and the windshield is always flipping down. Other than that, it has provided hours of fun.

Amazing results for me...

I purchased this trampoline due to its size and quality so I could exercise on days that I take a break from my heavy daily workouts that I do like weightlifting, mountain biking, aerobics, surfing, stair masters, etc. It is the only sports that I can do at home while watching a documentary meantime. I am extremely healthy and in shape and cook all my foods and never eat out or never eat any processed food. I chose rebounding sport since most liver cancer patients are recommended to use trampoline since it is the only way that you can activate your LYMPHATIC CIRCULATION SYSTEM which removes the toxins from your body and it can only be accomplished only by rebounding sports like jumping, running or etc... Well, I never had any proof that it does but the most amazing part of this exercise is that I get my exercise by keeping my heart rate high for a period of one hour while watching documentary without damaging my knees and I have always had veins showing on my lower part of my legs and REBOUNDING removes some 80% of the ugly veins (only for few days then it's back again) when no other doctor had any suggestion for me other than surgery. Rebounding truly is an healthy sport and as important as my diet. This trampoline is a quality product and sized properly for storage. It is extremely quiet, firm, without any noise or damage to your feet since the springs are elastic not metal springs. Make sure to wear cotton socks to protect your skin from rubbing on the vinyl surfacing of the trampoline. Bravo.

Better than they used to make 'em!

I've had this product for just over a week now and I have to say I am very satisfied so far. It is quite a bit more expensive than many other fitness trampolines on the market today, but is well worth the extra money. It seems to be pretty durable as my whole family has done everything they can to abuse it in the short time that we have had it. The fact that it has no noisy springs is a plus as well (for when my kids are napping). I weigh about 200 pounds and this thing makes me feel like I weigh half that as it throws me around. Definitely worth a look!

I bought a JumpSport Fitness Trampoline Model 540, 40" and a JumpSport balance bar for the trampoline. I try to use the trampoline on a very regular basis. I've found the quality of the trampoline to be excellent. In those instances where a part needed to be replaced, JumpSport service personnel have readily honored the company's warranty and replaced it. (I've only had to pay for shipping which generally has run about $6 per incident.) In addition, I've observed that regular use of the trampoline has been more effective for me than swimming in reducing the edema in my legs.

Great Oil

I purchased this oil to use as a heat protectant. I'm an African American woman who wears her 4a hair naturally. I applied the oil to my hair after i put in my leave-in condish and blow dried my hair. Grapeseed oil protects up to 450 degrees and I blow dried on medium so my curls were a-Ok. After finishing, my hair felt very moisturized and I had so much movement. This oil absorbs really well so My hair didnt feel greasy or anything like that. I wash my hair a week after and my curls popped right back into place so needless to say It protected my hair as well as moisturized. Very satisfied.

My hands' best friend

I have dry hair, so I use this as a leave in conditioner for my hair after showering. :) It's completely odorless and light.I also have very dry hands and fingertips. In winter, they crack very easily and bleed. I have tried all sorts of lotions and creams, and let me tell you, none of those can ever permanently heal your skin. The effect will only last for 5 min. And what's worse, they all contain alcohol, which can only make dry skin worse. After reading reviews for several pure oils on Amazon, I have decided to try a few. I love this grape seed oil! So far it has worked better than anything else (better than coconut and almond oil). It's so light, odorless and gets absorbed immediately. I always take my 4 oz bottle with me wherever I go and apply it every hour. I want to try the pure avocado oil next and see how fast my hands heal. The grape seed oil is certainly keeping the pain away and protecting my fingers from getting any new cracks this season, but the old cracks are not exactly disappearing either. I will have to see if avocado will do the job. But do keep a bottle of this with you all the time! It's the best light moisturizer (that actually works) you'll ever find for your lips, hands, feet, face and hair.

Great product...Love the cap.

I use this as a moisturizer around my eyes after a shower. Grapeseed oil is great for the skin. This small bottle is perfect to keep with other toiletries. I love the cap on this because you can really control the amount you use each time, which has not been my experience with other brands.

Very Good PA Speakers

Our 5-piece classic rock band uses these as our main PA speakers. (We use 2 Samson Auro D412s for monitors.) We have used them for outdoor festivals and indoor gigs, and we are quite happy with them overall. For the large outdoor gigs, they are nice and clear at maximum volume, but not overpowering. If you play a lot of outdoor gigs, you will probably want to get a subwoofer to take some of the bass load off them. For indoor gigs, they have been excellent--extremely clear, and plenty loud. They do tend to be a little bright-sounding, so you will want to adjust their highs and lows accordingly. Overall, we are very pleased with the crisp, clear sound and volume levels, especially for the price.

BEST SPEAKERS FOR THE PRICE.

I am an aspiring DJ, only 14 years old. I bought two of these speakers, since I didn't want to have to worry about getting an amp and everything. Powered Speaekers are the best! $250 a piece is a great price. The sound is great for the price. I have never used other speakers, but these sound so great! At 50 LBS a piece these aren't too heavy. You will want to buy either XLR cables or 1/4 in. For sound to come out. If you plug in even a cheap microphone like I have, it sounds really good and travels far. Overall these are a great buy!! IF YOU ARE A STARTING OUT DJ OR AN EXOERIENCED DJ THESE THINGS WORK PERFECTLY WOTH NO SOUND ISSUES. BUY!
