Love this product. Do not like the seller

I absolutly love this product it kills all bugs for 6 months to a year. Bugs are dead the moment they cross the line you have sprayed. I will continue to use this product but will research somewhere else to purchase this product. This company was very unsatisfactory in shipping this to me and notification of shipping. Very poor customer service. Have used Amazon.com for years and love the companies they support but they need to re-evaluate the service this KV pet supplies offers. Not happy at all with them. Shipping was way to high for the service they give.
