great all around shoe

I own three pairs of shoes by this company, all are comfortableThese shoes look great with skirts as well as shorts.The heel is high for me but can walk and stand in them easily.They do run a little big. I am usually a 71/2 to 8 I ordered the 8 which are a little loose, but nothing a sole insert can't help.

Comfort and Style

I purchased this shoe through Amazon recently and I felt I was taking a gamble based on the other reviews for OTBT shoes. I recently started working in an office downtown and I have a 15 minute walk to the office from the train station. I have tried out all my shoes and they are all killing me(expect flat sandals). Being 5 feel tall means I don't want to wear flats all the time. I started to search and came to the realization that most shoes that are sold based on comfort are ugly. Thus, I was in the position of trying to find some comfortable - and stylish shoes with a bit of a heel. These shoes did not let me down. I can walk in them all day and my feet don't hurt. They are soft and the sole is flexible which is nice. I have a wide foot and I did not find these shoes tight. They fit true to size and work with just about everything. The color is a nice rich indigo - great with jeans and casual skirts and dresses. I'm glad I bought them and I'm now considering a second pair of OTBT shoes since these worked out so well.

I loved these shoes for their style and heel height. I tried them on and was disappointed in the footbed. Completely uncomfortable and hard as concrete. So I purchased a pair of gel inserts and problem solved. I have worn these shoes all day without tired feet. Now, they look great and feel great. One other quality I appreciate is the elastic in the heel strap that keeps the strap from falling off my heel. I'm purchasing another pair. At 70, it's difficult to find style and comfort in the same shoe.
