First, the ring is TOTALLY GORGEOUS !!! It more than exceeds our expectations. It's sparkly, amazing and brilliant. The transaction was also awesome. This vendor also deserves a 10 - my fiance' ordered the wrong size so we had to exchange the ring for a different size. Not only did they accommodate us but I had my ring back w/i a week and I think the new one was even better than the first one. Thank you for a wonderful experience. This entire experience has made our engagement "phenomenal" and I would recommend it to anyone !!!
