The main benefit from MCT oil is that it kills Candida yeast which most people have in their intestinal tract- which causes bloating and all kinds of other problems. My stomach is much flatter when I use it(if your doctor tells you that Candida can't live in the digestive tract, tell him to get current on his info). Everyone should be using this if they eat refined sugars or starches. Now MCT oil is high quality, and unlike another brand I tried from Vitacost, the tamper seal was actually intact and the lid was on tight which meant that it was not spilled all over by the time I got it!

Only the mildest of taste, which is good for my use. Seems like a very good product. My husband and I use a lot of it in our coffees (ala bulletproof exec) and marinades for roasted chicken and fish.
