beautiful and versatile

I looked at several sterling silver necklaces before purchasing this one, and I am very happy with it. It is very versatile - can be worn with casual or more dressy outfits. I expected the necklace to be heavier, but am happy with its delicate appearance. I would recommend wearing it doubled unless you are very careful wearing it full-length. It is very delicate and I have already broken it by catching it on something while wearing it full-length (it was easily repaired). I would recommend this product.

Pretty but annoyingly delicate

I had read on the reviews before purchasing this that someone had it break but easily put it back together. I thought, 'it is what I want, and I am fairly careful so this shouldn't be a problem'. Was I wrong! The first time I put it on I was going from doubled up to one strand and it broke. I had barely tugged on it! Devastated, I laid it to the side to look at later. Luckily, after looking at it closely I realized that the previous review was right... it is fairly easy to put back together, and with 2 pairs of tweezers I had it good as new in less than 10 minutes. Since then I have become a pro at putting this back together because just about every time I wear it, the necklace breaks. It is easy, however really annoying at times, and something that would be impossible if I had small children. This issue aside, it is a very beautiful necklace and I have gotten many compliments. If I wear it doubled it is less likely to break (until I go to take it off) but I LOVE the way it looks long. I just know to be careful and expect to put it back together at some point during the day.

I received this as a gift, and I absolutely love it! It's long enough to double over and very elegant looking.It's silver and goes with everything!
