I bought this last Christmas for my then 4 yr old grandson. The picture and description sounded wonderful and I hoped it would be very impressive. It was everything I had hoped for and more. The ship is a great size and very sturdy. It was also very easy to put together---and it is impressive! It has very nice details, impressive size but very kid friendly. When children--and adults--see it for the first time, their reaction is "Wow!" "Cool!" "Awesome!"and they still feel the same way after playing with it for hours, days. My grandsons (now ages 5 and 2 1/2) have played with the ship all the time for almost a yr now and it, truly, is still in the same good condition it was when it arrived. I do not live near my grandsons and, between visits, I begin to wonder if the ship was really as great as I remember------and it is! I, too, say "Wow!" every time I see it! I am very pleased with this purchase and would not hesitate to buy it again. I was in no way disappointed and I do recommend this ship. I got my money's worth and then some.
