Would rate this higher if I could! Been on Zoloft for so many years and finally weened myself off with Sam-e and then tried this product! Life will never be the same. Give it a try if you are trying to get off of antidepressants. I was on mine for 7 yrs at 100mg and now I feel awake! went on zoloft for pmdd so not serious depression, but this is a seratonin booster plus lie melatonin,lets you really get rest at night. Good luck.
