Rug

I received this rug the day after I placed the order. It was a beautiful color and well made but it was a different shade of red than we are using. I saw that the seller was an hour away from my home. I contacted him and drove to his business. We spent 2 hours looking through catalogs and he graciously opened at least 5 different rugs that were already packaged to sell. While I did not find the right shade I needed, his customer service was excellent.
