Love the style, but definitely will not hold up long to wear and tear.

The table is very pretty. The style is what I wanted. However, it is cheap. The veneer is paper thin, no joke. I also have the coffee table and entertainment unit and when putting the coffee table together, ripped off some veneer simply by lightly running my hand along an edge. This furniture will definitely not hold up to moderate wear and tear.

Good table -- stands up to normal use

Not sure what the other reviewer did or maybe they got a bad unit, but I've had the table for 9 months and have had zero problems. It's cheap, but it's solid. I have a terrarium sitting on top of it, so it gets wet occasionally from cleaning or items being put on top of it etc...and the finish hasn't been ruined yet.
