Decent - Not sure about safe

Bought this to dry out a basement after a minor water incident. Worked like a charm except don't touch the built in GFI outlet - I got quite a shock... Pretty interesting since it is "safety certified". However, if you are looking for a decently priced air mover, it definitely stands up to the competition - especially for the price.
