By DougB
Best way to go for dual monitors - in my opinion - have yet had any issues with the units I've purchased. Drivers are well behaved and in some cases you don't even need the install disk it just happens - overall user productivity increase. The USB2VGA devices are OK but tend to act up and just don't work consistently and have problems with matching quality. So in short the Radeon HD5450 good idea & worth the money.

By Mr Mike
I recently purchased a refurbished HP DC7700 Small Form Factor computer for $200 (actually I spent $250 to include the 5 day replacement policy for 2 years) and was looking for a SFF video card which would allow me to play both old and newer games. I needed to stay with XP because much of my work software would not operate under either Windows VISTA or Windows 7 due to the shortsighted way they implemented those upgrades. The HD5450 plays all the games I have including: Skyrim, Civilization V, Two Worlds, X3 Terran Conflict, Witcher Enhanced, etc. Plus the old games such as Hearts of Iron, Star Wars Knights of the Republic, Silent Hunter III, CMBB Special Edition, Combat Mission, and even Vampire - the Masquerade. I had to change the DC7700 so that all USB ports use port 11 (5 and 10) are required by the video card and turning back on the embedded sound after installing the video card. I am very satisfied with this card and it did not require me to upgrade my power supply (req. 240W) from what came with the computer.
