How To Use ilike Nettle Exfoliating Wash:
Gently massage a small amount of ilike Nettle Exfoliating Wash with fingertips in a circular motion over the entire face. Rub for 1 to 3 minutes but avoid the eye area. Wash should be removed with a damp cloth or cotton pad. Use on problem areas of the body 1 to 2 times daily.

Saved my face

The Ilike products are amazing. I started using it while I was on military deployment to Iraq and my skin actually looked BETTER when I got home than it did when I left! (It's really saying something considering the environment, not to mention my constant sweating and exposure to various toxins and pore-clogging substances.) My skin is very fair, 30-something (not young or mature), sensitive, combination skin, and this facewash is so gentle that I don't experience redness or burning, yet it exfoliates & cleanses beautifully. The nettle facewash is my absolute favorite of all the Ilike products I've tried. Many of my friends and family members (including my 63 yr old mother) who have very different skin types from mine use it on a daily bases, and all rave about it, too.
