I'm glad I finally paid extra to get vegetarian capsules and to purchase from a better wholesaler. I have a very small specialty retail herb and supplement business and I know I'll have some vegetarian customers who don't want gel caps. And I've received some bad gelatin capsules in the past. They arrive smashed and unusable, or it takes 2 weeks for delivery, or the capsules are so slippery and fragile that they indent when I try to cap them. These capsules are great quality and well worth paying a small amount extra. And they arrived in 3 days via standard shipping. I haven't counted how many are in a bag, though, and I don't intend to.
