If you haven't heard of Royal Jelly, its pretty amazing. I can feel awful and exhausted, the type of exhausted that leaves most of us begging for coffee... And with in thirty minutes of a teaspoon of r.j. , I'm ready to go!It's known for a lot of healing aspects as well... For things like graves disease, cancer, mind health, energy, anti bacterial and anti viral, cholesterol, diabetes, anti aging, fertility, and pms.This brand seems to be very consistent and it's the best tasting of the honey mixtures. I can take a spoon full with a bit of water after and be content.Give it a try, you won't regret it! I have found it to be a life saver when I have needed an extra boost of energy and a clear head.
