The best adjustable dumbbells in the world

The bar weighs one pound. You can add one half pound on each end to have a two pound weight, and then go up 2 pounds at a time. The weights are rubber coated so they will not damage floors. And you can get them in some really cool colors!!

Initially I was little bit skeptic about this product because I couldnt see it in real. When It arrived i loved it. The best part I love is you can mix and match weights and the colorfulness is great.
