Love this pot. I love my blue pot. It's heavy lid is great for making beans...it makes it a real oven. Just remember to keep a pot holder nearby as the nob gets really hot.

The Staub Cocotte is beautiful and does a wonderful job cooking soups, stews etc...it cleans easily and works equally well in the oven or on the stove top. Food actually does taste so much better. The color is exactly as pictured and is pretty enough to leave out on display. It makes me want to cook!
