Honestly, I'm wishing I held out and bought a sweater from Lochaven International, the company that made the sweaters for the movies, instead.I ordered it a size smaller that I normally would due to another review saying that these run a bit large and it fits perfect! I was hoping for a thicker sweater for $70, but it's surprisingly warm and comfortable; I'll probably be wearing it often. The gold bands are orange, which is a bit disappointing. The colors on the tie are lovely, but the pattern isn't quite accurate to the movies which was also disappointing. So it's not a perfect set, but I doubt any Harry Potter fan would fail to recognize me as a Gryffindor student and the sweater and tie seem to be of good quality. Overall, I'm happy with it despite its flaws. But as I said before, if I had known what I know now about this sweater, I would have gone for one of Lochaven's instead.

exactly what I was expecting

Runs larger than expected, had to return it, then repurchase a "L". Waist band is also a little loose, but planning on wearing this with jeans so the "loose" look will work. Now it just needs to get a little cold.
