No problems

Simply as advertised. Nice and quiet. A fair bit of air entered the room around the louvers when the fan was off, so I made a magnetic covering for it that I can remove when I turn it on.

Perfect for Garage

We bought this to help circulate air in garage. We have a dart board there and frequently hangout when friends are over. Some smoke cigarettes as well. During the summer we just kept it open but with winter it was too cold. We bought a dual burner propane heater for heat but needed to provide more appropriate ventilation (we also leave side door open/cracked). This works great. If we leave it on over night we can't smell any smoke which is wonderful. I'm looking forward to seeing how this may help with summer heat.My boyfriend had no trouble installing it in garage wall. Additionally we had to buy some wire and a new switch from our local hardware store. We used left over trim from house to trim it out.
