This product is different. You really have to experiment with it to see if it does what you need. A doctor gave this to us for sleep. It effects my husband very differently than me. It says to take one heaping scoop 30 minutes before bedtime, I would not recomend that the first several times. I would start with a smaller dose and work your way to a dosage that is comfortable.The sleep it gives is really very nice, but for me , it took a long time to learn how to wake up. My husband on the other hand, never had a problem.It does elevate mood, and give you energy.
