5Gorgeous ukulele
By K. Williams
I got this - my first ukulele - in the mail a couple weeks ago. Out of the box (after tuning), it sounded amazing. I really like the sound of the Aquila strings, though with my limited ukulele experience I don't have much basis for comparison. The instrument seems very high quality, very well made. Since then I think I've picked it up every day. The gig bag is quite nice, too - thick padding. I may still end up upgrading to a hard case eventually, but the bag works for now.My only qualm is that the tuning knobs are a bit finicky and are made of some sort of cheap-feeling plastic. For such an otherwise well-constructed uke, I'm a little confused why they would cheat on the details here. Overall, though, well worth it.

4Nice sound, bad tuning pegs
By Dan Barnett
The tuning pegs rattle..Other than that the solid top and quality strings give this Uke a good sound. The bigger neck gives your fingers more room.Update: Cordoba Guitars has great customer service, they immediately sent me quality replacements.

5Cordoba 20TM Tenor Ukulele
By Charlene M.
I purchased the Cordoba 20TM tenor ukulele recently after a group of friends in my community decided to form a ukulele orchestra. Although I play the guitar, I knew little about ukuleles, and on-line shopping proved to be a bit confusing since there were soprano, concert, tenor, and baritone ukes as well as acoustic and acoustic-electric, and they came in a variety of brands as well as wood. Fortunately, I have a friend who repairs guitars and ukuleles, and after playing on a large number of his guitars and ukes, I was most impressed by the Cordoba brand. The sound quality on the guitars and ukuleles was consistently resonant and mellow. I decided to buy the Cordoba 20TM tenor ukulele for a number of reasons:1. Because it is one of the larger ukuleles (17 inches) with a more vibrant sound since I didn't want an acoustic-electric at this time.2. It was moderately priced.3. It has a solid mahogany top and laminted mahogany back and sides with a rosewood fingerboard.4. The strings are Aquila Nylgut which are easy on the fingers and sound great.5. It came with a high quality padded gig bag which is protective and fits the instrument perfectly.I am very pleased with my purchase and feel that I got a good quality instrument at a reasonable price. Although I am a beginning ukulele student, I was able to quickly learn to play White Sandy Beach of Hawaii after watching Jody Kamisato teach it on YouTube. I was amazed at how lovely the instrument sounds right out of the box after tuning it.I would highly recommend this ukulele. I don't think you'll be disappointed.
