Solid shoe, a bit pricey.

The quality of these Lowa's is undeniable. They took me through two solid weeks of rugged hiking and walking on under-developed roads and dry terrain in Central Mexico. Only concern is the insole is firmer than I expected and it was a true splurge as they were at least $30-40 more than I hoped to spend. Matched the size to my running shoe size, and the fit was perfect.

Not for Me

Lowa makes terrific shoes and they usually fit very well. This one, however, runs quite narrow. The footbed is very stiff and uncompromising, not like previous Lowas I've worn. The price is very good, considering Lowa quality.
