5Great little bag, just the right size
By T. Burgess
I love this pack. Although it is the smaller size, I did email Osprey first to get their opinion on what size I would better benefit from. They suggested the larger Osprey Raptor 14, but opted for the 10 in the end as I believe it would be a little lighter and smaller, which is what I wanted, not a large bag. all I carry in it is a pair of jeans and a t-shirt to change at work, a couple of pieces of fruit (apple, banana), a sandwich, a few gels, some snack bars like Kashi brand and sometimes a small 1/2 cup container from Rubbermaid to carry some whey protein powder for those afternoon needs. I took the water bladder out, but I can still fit that in even with all the other stuff. I usually have a couple of water bottles which do me fine unless I go on a longer ride.As for color, my wife chose the gray, and I am glad she did, I love it. The zippers are strong, with pull tabs, and there are several compartments both inside the main 'bag' as well as one on the side and one on top, which is where I put my sandwich. Oh, and I often carry a set of sunglasses for the ride home as well. See picture I included of the inside. One other note, the front area with the vertical name on the center is another storage area that is open, but clasps at the top. I usually put my banana in here or some gels. Quite convenient. Works like the pockets on a cycling jersey, but not as easy to get into while wearing it though.

5Osprey Raptor 10
By rbrown3918
I drink a LOT of water, and especially when I am working out or biking. The 3 liter reservoir was PLENTY of water for me on a recent one hour bike ride in the 100 degree Texas heat. The build is very light but seems durable, plenty of room inside for me, I have inside: spare tube, CO2 pump, 2 CO2 cartridges, three tire tools, keys, wallet, cell phone, a change of clothes, and of course 3 liters of ice and water. It is extremely comfortable and the ventilation system on the back is genius. I don't sweat a whole lot, but I don't ever recall feeling like it was too hot on my back or even feeling like the pack was too heavy. The magnetic attachment for the mouth piece is genius, you never even have to take your hands off the handlebars to take a sip: lean down to grab it with your mouth, look up to see where you're going and take a sip, lean your head back down to put the mouth piece back in its magnetic holding place. This took a few tries to get the hang of, but I don't feel like it will take long at all to get it down. The silt gray color is awesome. The pack will also hold my helmet, a blinking tail light, and a rain jacket in the back slip picket. Would recommend it to ALL of my friends!

5Great for run-commuting
By Justin Lubecki
I got this because I wanted to start running to and from work, and eventually branch out to fully run-commuting around the city. Thus far it's done everything I could have asked from it. Beware it has a small carrying capacity- if I carried larger footware than loafers to change into I'd be out of space. I've been able to fasten sandles to the outside using the available straps. It has met all my basic needs for a complete change of clothes, and if I take off my jacket I can fasten it easily on the outside of the bag. My daily commute inventory usually includes minimalist shoes, pants, underwear, t-shirt, sweater, a notebook, and sandwich. I used the pack to run to a friend's house to cook dinner and managed a head of cabbage, box of pasta, variety of small vegetables, and two very shook up beers.Note that I do not use the bladder, never had yet. I gave it to my brother who recently used it on a week long backpacking trip in the desert, his comment was- "I always thought they were kinda dorky but it is amazing when your water is always right there."When I started taking longer routes home from work I was getting heat-rashes on my lower back and in the front from the waist belt. My skin has a decent tolerance now but I'm a little concerned for when the shirtless weather comes.Basically no shake. I'm thin (28 waist) and it straps up to me nicely. I also like how after an hour in the rain there was very minimal moisture leakage. It is certainly a handy pack- most of the pockets I haven't figured out how to use- and recommend it for the simple run-commuter. Keep in mind however, if you can't "jam" your clothes in like my work allows, you'll need a larger size.
