Can't testify as to how well it works, but I just tried it, and I have to say this flavor (Cookies & Cream) is pretty delicious. I haven't tried many different brands, granted, but this one is definitely the tastiest I've ever had. I actually went and had some more just because it tastes good. Two servings is pretty filling, by the way, but I use 4 oz water and 2 oz milk, so that might contribute.It doesn't dissolve spectacularly with just stirring, however, so you might want to use some sort of blender.
