I have this auto-shipped to my home every month. It is a nutritional powerhouse. It contains vegan, 90% raw, and 100% organic whole foods. That is very important to me. I used to buy supplements such as cordyceps, chlorella, and spirulina. BOKU Superfood contains them all! Cordyceps is a great energy booster and protects against radiation damage. Chlorella helps clean the body of heavy metals. I love this stuff! I have been recommending this to all of my friends and family! I put it into a glass jar with a cup of rice milk or hemp milk and shake. It blends easily. I have to mention that they just updated the formula and added a bunch of great ingredients. They also removed the cacao. It doesn't taste as good to me anymore, but I continue to use 4 scoops everyday because I haven't been even mildly sick in two years. Also, my energy level has increased dramatically.

This is one of 3 products that are the BEST you can get. The problem is affording them! I love the product, just not the price. Can't afford to take it on a reg basis as needed... Great though!
