It works as it should. It's a bit expensive for a cable. I think It should be much much cheaper.

Expensive for what it is

I was very surprised to learn how expensive these cables were. I was expecting a $20-$30 price tag but this was the cheapest I found it. I don't know if it's so expensive due to the software they send you on the CD (which I didn't use) or if it's simply due to the fact that only a few companies make this type of cable. Anyways, the cable works great when programming the key-pad door entry I used it for. I would have bought the one with a USB connection had I known they made them as well.
