Question for customer service

THIS IS NOT A REVIEW OF THE ITEM PURCHASED!Having spent a goodly time trying to contact someone in your company, I have decided to try this forum with my question.I received my purchase in a timely fashion, but there was absolutely nothing else in the box, such as a receipt or information about warranty, etc. Is this usual? If so, please let me know. If not, please mail whatever literature you have on the watch, and please include a receipt. Is my order confirmation the receipt? If so, I feel this is a very unprofessional way of doing business with the public.
