derrick table set

I shop amazon daily for my business and even have a amazon credit card so I can rack up miles. I am sorry to say this was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. the table and chairs are quite nice however my table came damaged and my chairs all had uneven legs. I called the seller and emailed numerous times and although they told me I would have replacement parts sent it has never happened. I guess it is a problem that could have happened to anyone and I understand mistakes however it is a real shame that no one on the sellers end could account for them and fix it.

Nice table set, great customer service

The table and chairs look great when assembled. Assembly is pretty easy as well. The table is a piece of cake and once you get past the first chair the other 3 you run through pretty quick.I did have a problem that one of my chairs didn't have any threaded screw inserts. I contacted customer service on a Sunday and sent pictures, they set the replacement part Monday, and I received it on Wednesday. Great customer service to fix my problem!
