Love it!

Organic alfalfa leaf was recommended on a exercise program I am following but I couldn't afford their brand. The NOW brand is also organic, preforms very well and is affordable. I retain fluid particularly in the summer and this helps me control that. Even though it also stimulates my appetite, which I DO NOT need, I still recommend it.

Just what I was looking for. I've been taking up to six a day for breastfeeding support. Seems to help. Also, give some to my hubby for energy, and seems to help him as well. Dosing instructions are vague, so I just used my personal judgement on how many to take.
