Solved all my problems

This item solved my current problem and one I didn't realize I had, truck ran better than it ever has for me. I saved quite a bit of money purchasing this way as opposed the local Ford dealership too.

This is a quality Ford manufactured part - it sure corrected my fuel tanks switching problems and gas back-feeding symptom.On my 1988 F-150 with two gas tanks - I originally thought that the fuel selection switch was defective, as only the rear tank's gas was being used by the engine, no matter what position the selector switch was in. I used a screwdriver as a stethoscope to listen to see if the fuel tank located pumps were working when they were switched on, and yes they were. I also saw a listing in an on-line forum about a bad reservoir that was pushing gas out of the truck's gas tank, onto the ground. I was reasonably sure that this expensive part was the cause of the problem.Five months later, in January 2013, the part definitely solved this "weird symptom" problem!!!

This was defenetly the perfect match for my 1989 Ford Econoline Van. I am extremely lucky to have come across this part at this website. It's a pity that it has to be so hard to find parts for my Van now a days. They should at least have a few places where you can special order parts you need for older model vehicles.
