Works great; Just as described. 103mm bb spindle is correct. I use a 107mm and the chainline really is 4mm off. Also, I got this from bikeworld nearly a week earlier than amazon said it would arrive!

Great product just remember to do your research on the bottom bracket so the your chainline will be straight after install. I had to run a 103 mm bb.
