NOW Psyllium Husk: Effective and Concentrated

We have used several brands of psyllium husk powder. This one is one of the most effective. [One would think that psyllium husk is psyllium husk. That, however, has not been my experience. I have found their propensity to thicken and work to vary widely.]I have found that even one teaspoonful of this powder creates substantial mucilage. And it also seems to work more effectively. It is a small bottle containing 12 ounces, but it lasts longer than some more fluffy containers. This is also Certified Organic, a definite plus. The price was also competitive. This one is a winner!
