Works well

I hate when I need a cup of buttermilk, but have to buy a quart at the store. Even though buttermilk has a longer shelf life, it goes to waste. This stuff is great for muffins, pancakes, and Irish soda bread. Just so you are aware, a four-pack sounds like a lot but each pack only makes about 3 or 4 cups of buttermilk.

I USED THIS FOR HOME MADE BISCUITS.BUTTERMILK MAKES THEM SOFTER.HOWEVER, WITH POWDERED MILKAS WELL AS HIGHER ALTITUDES,I FIND IT NEEDS MORE BAKING POWDERTO RISE BETTER.

This came to me tasting fresh. It's perfect for making up batches of pancake mix. I use it in gluten free recipes and it's very delicious. Once the package is opened, I put the unused portion in a glass jar.
